14 DAY RETURN POLICY

Here at Brigalow Kids we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to do this. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange OR store credit voucher.

Customers are able to return their garments to Brigalow Kids at their own expense. 

Brigalow Kids is not responsible for any delay within Australia Post or items that are lost in the mail. Please make sure all your mailing information is correct, as Brigalow Kids will not take any responsibility for incorrect order details when making a purchase. If your item is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will re-send the item at an extra expense to the customer. If the item does not return then we will not offer store credit/exchange.

To be eligible for a return -

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (ie. all tags attached)
  • You must have original invoice / receipt / proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

Please choose your items carefully as we DO NOT offer refunds. 

Brigalow Kids reserve the right to decide if we will accept your returned item.

  • All postage costs need to be covered by yourself - tracked postage is recommended as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit
    • Return postage on all exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure you include a prepaid Australia Post Satchel so we can send your exchanged items
    • In the event that a prepaid satchel is not included the customer will be invoiced for return postage and the exchanged item will not be posted until payment is received

Sale Items

We do not have sales very often so all SALE items are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable, not eligible for store credit OR exchange.
